Fitness goals include strength, endurance, and flexibility increases. He also wants to reduce his weight to 180-185 pounds. He frequently participates in fitness events that involve hiking/running and obstacles. He is an avid golfer that wants to improve swing technique, distance, and accuracy.
11/3/15: Golf drills- Working on three positions in the golf swing: The 9 o'clock position (vertical club face, shaft parallel with target line), position at the top (shaft on plane, right elbow tucked in properly, and arms away from chest), and the supination of the left wrist/lean in shaft on the downswing.
